On November 13th, One Pica will be taking over the 13th floor in one of Boston's most recognized highrises.

July 7th, 2009 - The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and its commercial real estate broker, FHO Partners, announced five new leases at 177 Huntington Ave., a 26-story Boston office building that the church owns.
The new leases total about 88,000 square feet of office space, and only two floor of space remain available for lease in the building at the Christian Science Plaza, the church and FHO Partners said.
The new tenants are One Pica, Inc., CSN Stores LLC, Altus Marketing and Management, LLC, Charity Partners, Inc., and Carbonite Inc., the church said.
Brokers that represented tenants in the transactions included Richards Barry Joyce, Cushman & Wakefield, T3 Advisors, and CB Richard Ellis, the church said.
