Magento, coupled with the strength and breadth of the X.Commerce fabric, provides a strong and active market for businesses of all sizes.

In many ways, Magento is responsible for the strength of its own ecosystem. The platform is expandable, free and open source, and rich with options in every area of functionality. Now that eBay is involved, bringing with it PayPal, GSI Commerce, Milo, and others, the Magento market is even more impressive. Every online sales-based organization wants a part of the trillions of dollars expected to flow through internet commerce in the coming years and Magento's position in the market as a go-to platform guarantees it will continue to thrive.

With the announcement of the X.Commerce fabric, eBay now provides a very powerful and easy to use toolset. The task of tying together international sales on a website with eBay Marketplace, localized shopping, and integrated fulfillment, analytics, and accounting tools, becomes entirely feasible for a small company. There is now an opportunity for lean organizations to launch a full commerce package in a timeframe and cost that fits them their business.

Magento continues to progress and build on its momentum as it has over the last 4 years, this time with a greater focus and collaboration. eBay's backing and commitment to the platform is a strong sign Magento is going to improve in leaps and bounds. As Gold Partners of Magento, we recognize this as an exciting and innovative time, not only for the platform, but for e-commerce as a whole. We look forward to bringing the latest and greatest advances from this ecosystem to our clients as we partner with them to develop and grow their e-commerce presences.
