One Pica is currently looking for a self-motivated, hard working individual to support our New Business team. The ideal candidate possesses experience with Microsoft Office Suite, great people skills, excellent attitude and sense of humor! Experience with scheduling, various CRM platforms and project management software, is preferred. Knowledge of web analytics and social media is a plus. We’d love to hear what makes you different from the rest!

Day To Day

  • Work closely with the Director of New Business to support the efforts of the team wherever needs
  • Help define, formalize and standardize the New Business process
  • Qualify leads and enter them into the sales funnel
  • Maintain the One Pica SalesForce CRM
  • Take ownership over the New Business process, reaching out to parties involved when their input in necessary
  • Actively seek out and pitch New Business
  • Play an essential role in revenue generation for the company by bringing New Business into the agency
  • Accurately tell the One Pica story [with the correct tone of voice] through all outbound communication
  • Be the first point of contact for all New Business inquiries [phone answering, responding to inquiry emails, reaching out to contacts from other One Pica employees]
  • Coordinate all internal/external scheduling and management of New Business communications
  • Keep the lead pool status organized and report weekly to Director of New Business on actions required
  • Follow up with leads appropriately to check in and gather necessary information
  • Research potential opportunities and gather insights for the selling process


  • 3+ years experience in an agency environment and a solid marketing/communications/design/technology educational background (bachelors degree required)
  • Assertive, organized, ability to get things done in a quality fashion
  • Proficiency in interactive design/e-commerce processes & tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Experience handling client contacts
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and/or Magento a huge plus
  • Have a great deal of organization and attention to detail. This role requires the involvement of many parties, as well as many responsibilities that are both internal and external facing, therefore it demands high quality performance
